Summary

August 2020, the multinational Globalinrance acquires the European company AssurTGE specializing in the insurance of Very Large Enterprises. A project is then launched to merge its subsidiaries’ Information Systems. The project has not been progressing for more than two years, challenging the ability of the current management team to carry out this strategic change of the group. The President of AssurTGE then decides to hire a new project manager, Alan Sapin.

As part of his activities to reschedule the project, Alan brings together the stakeholder representatives for a risk management workshop.
